JT Unplugged is a way for me to release some of the feelings and emotions I encounter in my mind on a daily basis. I have been fighting against my brain for 20 + years now and have been finally making some progress. This blog is my next step forward and with a bit of luck it resonates with people and opens some opportunities for mutual learning and growth. I will share content and ideas that are helping me and invite guest bloggers from time to time to build up a set of resources and a community. I want to change the way I think as well as the way my mind works and this space is a way for me to document that process.
I am hoping that by sharing my challenges and ways of combatting them, other people might see that they are not alone – and that sharing can be a positive step. I want this space to be a constructive environment where people can learn and share from each other – so please feel free to get involved if you would like.
I have no real experience of writing in this fashion so please note this won’t be a work of art! Each blog will be linked to a song that I relate to so there will be a common theme as well as a playlist that can be shared.
